How long does delivery take?

We ship packages with Posten Bring which takes 1-5 business days. Packages are shipped the same day Monday-Friday. For international deliveries, the time is 10-14 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

For shipments sent outside Norway, customs will occur. If you have problems, it is a good idea to contact your local shipping company, in addition to reading up on the customs rules in your country.

How can I return the item?

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you received the item. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Send an email to christianna.paris@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for the return, and you will receive instructions on which address to send the item back to. In order to return the item, the item must still have the tags on it (unless it is the pink Paris t-shirt, in which case it must be returned in its packaging). ❤️Items without tags will not be accepted. This means that you cannot return the item.

How to wash?

Follow the washing instructions on the clothes. As a rule, hand wash inside out (most washing machines have a hand wash program).
