How long does delivery take?

We send packages with Posten Bring, which takes 1-5 business days. Packages are shipped the same day Monday-Friday. For international deliveries, the time is 10-14 business days.

Do I have to pay customs?

For shipments sent outside Norway, customs duties will apply. If you have problems, it is advisable to contact your local shipping company, in addition to checking the customs rules in your country.

How can I return an item?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item. The buyer covers the return costs. Send an email to christianna.paris@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for the return, and you will receive instructions on which address to send it to. For you to return, the items must still have their tags attached (unless it is the pink Paris t-shirt, in which case it must be returned in its packaging).❤️Garments without tags will not be accepted. This means you cannot return the item. It is recommended to send with tracking, as I am not responsible for lost packages. The package must reach the given address; if it does not, no refund will be given. Remember to include the order sheet with the return, so I know who sent the package.

How to wash?

Follow the washing instructions on the garments. Usually, hand wash inside out in cold water. Be aware that high heat can cause the glue on the diamonds to deteriorate.
