How long does delivery take?

We ship packages with Posten Bring which takes 1-5 business days. Packages are shipped the same day Monday-Friday. For international deliveries, the time is 10-14 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

For shipments sent outside Norway, customs will occur. If you have problems, it is a good idea to contact your local shipping company, in addition to reading up on the customs rules in your country.

How can I return the item?

You have 14 days to cancel from the date you receive the item. The buyer is responsible for the return costs. Send an email to christianna.paris@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for the return, and you will receive instructions on which address to send back. In order to return the items, the items must still have tags on them (unless it is the pink Paris t-shirt, then it must be returned in the packaging). ❤️Items without tags will not be accepted. This means that you cannot return the item. It is recommended that it be sent with tracking, as I am not responsible for a package getting lost. The package must reach the given address, otherwise no refund will be given. Remember to include the order form with the return, so that I know who sent the package.

How to wash?

Follow the washing instructions on the clothes. As a rule, hand wash inside out (most washing machines have a hand wash program).
