2. Order confirmation

After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that I have received your order, but does not guarantee that it has been accepted. I reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

3. Payment

Accepts the following payment methods:

  • Card payment: Visa, MasterCard

  • Vips

  • Klarna

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Stocked items: Delivered within 2-3 business days in Norway, and 4-10 abroad. For international shipments, you are expected to pay customs duties.

  • Shipping NOK 69. Shipping included for purchases over NOK 900.
  • Packages that do not fit in the mailbox will be delivered to the nearest pickup location.

For international shipments, shipping is 199 NOK. Shipping included for purchases over 1200 NOK.

5. Returns and Cancellation Policy

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

  • Return cost: The customer covers return shipping when using the right of withdrawal.

  • Terms: The product must be unused, in original packaging and with all labels intact.

  • Wrong or damaged item

    If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping and send a new item. Contact us at christianna.paris @gmail.com to receive a return label.

  • Refund

  • Processing time: 2-5 business days after the return is received. Refund on the garment, not the shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Christianna Paris respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

  • What we collect: Name, address, phone number, email and payment information.

  • Purpose: Order processing, delivery and customer service.

  • Cookies: Used to improve user experience. By using the website you agree to our use of cookies. You can manage your browser settings.

Christianna Paris reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
